Back to square 1....

oh look!i'm back here blogging eh...hahaha....today's the first day of college for the 2nd semester.....yup that one week long of simply doing nothing,enjoying good and properly cooked meal,laughter and attending loads of 'kenduri'(pratically every housing area has some kind of 'kenduri' going on)...THE BREAK that we've been waiting for ages is GONE....gone with the wind...haha...as if it was just a dream...now everythings is as it is before...back to normal...

First day went alright of course...in fact i can say that it was pretty interesting...why??well i had 2 new teachers today both with the surname of Wong!! one of them is Ms.Wong who is taking over my accounts teacher's place for a while(she's on maternity leave)and as it so happens my former accounts teacher(Ms.Jenny) also has Wong as a surname!What a coincidence!haha....

The other is Mr.Wong....he's teaching us economics ...first class with him was very enjoyable...he's funny and the stories he tells actually made us ponder about certain things in life....this is actually our 3rd economics teacher soo far.... the previous teachers ran away cause they couldn't stand us....haha...kiddin....apparently they had better opportunities in life....Ms.Jesrina left because she got a job offer from Bank Negara.....Miss Ewe(pronounced as miss you) went to continue her studies....yup we're definitely missing you now...

apart from that,pratically everything else stayed the same.....so my hope for this new semester...is of course.....to give my all and be able to fly!ceh....but yeah...that's exactly my wish for now....may it come true.amin

when midterm is just around the corner.....

haih...everybody's going ding dong!...we're approaching mid term in 2 weeks!!!!can u imagine that!!!ur lucky that u still get to imagine...unlike us...we gotta live with that FACT!there's soo many things to do yet soo little time....or u can even say that there might not even be any time left...yup..read my lips...nada!(no in espanyola...easiest spanish word that i can recall at the moment)

as evidence that we've turned into a bunch of cuckoo's in the head....just look at our tables ,floors and for goodness gracious me...beds???.....its covering every inch of space that we have..... i need oxygen!!!!

but then again....we do want to fly rite.....so the complains will stop here ....for now...haha...i mean for as long as we can...(i reckon it'll only be for 10 minutes at max....hehe...kidding)....alrighty...gotta go on a date with those books now....nighty nite y'all....

A sudden trip....well not really sudden actually...

I forgot to mention something.......something really excitting actually happened last week...my economic's group member and i went to Australian High Commission in 6,Jalan Yap Kwan Seng,540 Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia....haha simply copied that from the card Mr.Garth Taylor gave me.....






It was all fatin's calculated idea....she had an affair with the trade commissioner and managed to sneak us all in the building without being noticed.....hahah....pulling your leg here.....nope...thing is that fatin had been e-mailing Mr.Garth Taylor,the trade commissioner asking questions and he had been very nice enough to let us visit him to get more information for our Econs assignment on Australia's Trade Pattern.


So off we(indera,chan,fatin and me.....jia wern had chemistry so she couldn't tag along)went...right after economics class...hehe...(thanks ms.ewe for letting us out early)roughly at 10 o'clock straight to the heart of the city....the Australian High Comissioner building was just a 5-minute walk away from KLCC and it only took us 20 minutes to get there from BU....with zaff's car(thanks dude!)....


When we arrived in the bulding,we had to leave our IC there and were given these visitors 's pass to wear.....i took a picture of it as evidence ....in case u think i'm still pulling your leg....nope ain't joking this time!hehe

Actually this was the only picture that i secretly took with my phone camera coz camera's aren't allowed by visitors in the building...so there goes our dreams of posing everywhere in the building... huhuhu

practically the whole building had security guards everywhere!at every single entrance!haha...and all these computerized security doors?haha...u know those doors in mission impossible where u have to insert some codes or ID???....it was something like that..and even before we were allowed to enter the building that holds mr.garth's office,we had to go through the metal detector and mine actually beeped and so did indera!...i was like i ain't got no bomb people!hahha....it beeped coz of the metal button on my jeans...yup....then chan and fatin had to leave their camera's......and only after that were we allowed to enter which of course after waiting for 2 seconds for the guard to key n some secret codes....cheh.....



inside the other building ,the same inserting -the -secret-coding happened....after that we finally met mr.Garth....he or his secretary...made us all tea...chan had green tea,indera black tea with lots of sugar and me the rose petal tea....fatin on the other hand only wanted plain water ....haha...coz she wanted to drink the same thing as mr.garth...then only are they of great equal she says...haha....mr.garth was a cool guy...oh yea..and fatin fell in love with him...hahaha...chan and indera only rolled their eyes(as always!) when we told them....and me...just giggled...although i was slightly attracted to him as well.....haha...but i like someone else better....so we spent an hour or more talking in that elegent sleek room.....coolio!



after that,we thanked him....had lunch at a mamak restaurant...planned of going to KLCC and skip class...ya right!....me and fatin skipping class??big no no although secretly we wanted to....at 2.10 we were back in college and at 2.30 we went for computer science...like always as if the trip never happened.....back to square one......but of course it was definitely an experience of a life time......and guess what,mr.garth even said that we can visit him after our first year in aussie coz he's still going to be here for another 2 more years!oh mr.garth!haha.....

fooh!i haven't been blogging for ages!!!haha..sorry ms.chan....life is just so hectic nowadays....that everytime i have a teeny weeny bit of space for myself...i used it for what u call 'proper breathing' haha....don't mind me....the thing is i was just lazy to update not because i had no stories to tell...just that there's soo much, i always ended up doing the draft in my head but never publishing it...haih...

let's see ...what should i write today...aha!how i spent my weekends so far...hmm...friday went by just like that....i watched a movie...'he's just not into you'....it was okay....that night...did some housekeeping cause my room was a junkyard i tell you!!!haha after coming back from the summer camp....(which of course is totally a different story...i'm coming to it,don't worry=p)i never had the time to manage the room properly due to econs test ,the maths homework that i didn't finish because everybody was just so was excited to finally get out of this piece of land and off to summer camp and then came the multuculturalism essay on friday....which was...i dunno

yesterday morning(saturday)i started the day by spraying ridsect on 2 cockroaches!hahha.....wait...let me make it clear that it wasn't from my room okay...it was from next door!!!haha...eventhough i described my room as a junkyard....it's just full of books and paper everywhere...and unfolded clothes....not garbage.....then came part of spending the whole day doing econs assignmnet...yup...only had maggi for lunch ...hahha....practically the whole house had that for lunch as well i think...too tired or lazy(ahemm....the real reason)to cook...at night we ordered donoughts from Big Apple.....had some sushi and a bit of azreen's fries from mcD and hani's coke....haha....kinda like a potluck sudden party.....nice....

and here i am today still in my pink polka dots nightgown ...trying to figure out what to do first coz there's just soo many !haih...and midterm's just around the corner....let's get started bebeh!!!!haha....that's all for now i guess......

I'm flying to Aussie 2moro!!!!

yup believe it or not my flight is at 3 pm 2moro.......though it'll only be a short trip...coz i only wanted to say hi to the kangaroos....but am sure it'll be a cool one!!!..........board a plane.....say hi and bye to the kangaroos....and come back home...yup....can't wait!!!!!






ahah!!!april fools!!!!haih....how i wish that was true..fat hopes .....yup tomorrow's april fools day...how fast time flies and with the blink of an eye....(of course we know that its a gazillion times more than that=).......the first quarter of the year has gone away just like that...

What fun it would be to go to college and just spend the whole day pulling pranks on everybody....just like good ol' days in highschool....haha...too bad...coz i ain't got no classes tomorrow!!!!....haha....good side of that is the reduced possibility of people pulling pranks on me....the not-so-good side of it is.......i'm gonna be stuck at home with a mountain of assignments and books to be read!!!haih...and just now i looked rather like a fool myself for taking sooo long to solve maths....just 'great' for celebrating april fool's eh.......haha....matching concept....fool on april fools day....i think i better head to bed...think brain is going ding-dong already.........

colours colours colours!do you know that colours makes me really happy.how?i dunno....they just make me cheerful or at least they're nice to look at.this isn't exactly a picture about colours but it shows how my life is surrounded by colours!

haha those taking economics will totally understand the whole thing displayed up there...it's actually the formula for the macroeconomics equilibrium.......however that's not the point that i'm trying to stress out here....what i actually want to show is this.....

believe it or not it's on our bathroom door...yep...not kidding...and it's still there.....haha...i think it was azreen who did it...last week all of us had econs test....so this was basically done to help us remember the ever-so lenghty bits of information.....aww...our parents will be soo proud if they knew that their daughters even study during nature calls!!!!nah...that,is soo not true...we don't study 24/7....we still fool around and pull pranks on each other just not as often as last time....but yeah we're still us...

see,instead of just brushing our teeth ,we start our engine in the morning by refreshing the business cycle and think about what we want to buy in OU later so that we can generate the country's economy and get out of the recession phase.....because in economics we learned that we can generate the economy by spending more..why?because spending creates demand,which will lead to greater output production,thus resulting to a higher income..haha....and according to the paradox of thrift"if society attempts to save more,it may actually end up saving less".....haha so what does this tell us frens?.......u do the thinking....big wide grin......$$$$$$

Pancakes!!!!!yummy!!!!

cutie pie ainin made us pancakes for breakfast today with the help of fairuz and faten!!!super yum yum...haha and instead of maple syrup on top we had a chocololate jam+syrup+ovaltine?and what-not(secret recipe says fatin with'bulu ketiak' as one of the main ingredients....eeeeee haha) toppings instead!haha...sounds exotic but so far it fitted perfectly well in da stomach so i guess we needn't have to worry about getting food poison...but who knows....when the clock strikes 12..........boom!!!!toilet rush !!!!!haha let's just hope that won't happen due to the fact that athirah had just done her part on the bathroom cleaning routine.....which made fatin realised that she need to clean hers too and miraculously she did for the first tym ever!!!haha...nah just joking...but that was her first time definitely...okay...no more talking about toilets...yuck!!!

Look!!!!aren't they adorable cups!!!haha...athira bought these in IKEA and gave each of us(me,hani,azreen,fatin,and atikah) one...soooo sweet rite?i know...i bet u people out there are jealous coz u don't have one!!!!hahah...kidding...anyways...i definitely think that these cups played their role well in bonding us....haha...at least it made us drink together....which is soo hard to do nowadays since we're sooo busy ......

Oh yea,i've just realised something....u can actually tell who's cup is who through it's colour.Azreen's yellow cup shows how lively she can be...always the energetic one in da house...faten's the wacky,wild n hot mama.....haha...can imagine her glaring at me....peace be upon u too!!!!heeeeeeeeee...hani,the ever sweet chic,athira....hmmm wonder why athira picked green....apple green....maybe because she's sweet and sour...haha...and atikah,the blue cup...simply because she's the person to look for if u need calming down....hahah..and finally mine,the turquoise cup....why?coz i love that colour.....not too light yet not too dark...vibrant,trendy.......simply put ,love it!

To come to think of it,it's kinda cool that each of us has the same type of cup,just with different colours.Do you know what i think?well,i think the cups actually represents us.I mean i'm sure all of us are experiencing basically the same things that other teenagers do,be it of falling in love,getting stressed up with studies but at the same time wanting to achieve our dreams ,emotional breakdowns or simply turning wild once in a while for no reason...just that we have our own different ways of going through it...life i mean....but that's what makes us unique individuals....same and different at the same time...haha does it make sense?...oh well,just want to end this by thanking athirah for the cups of course and last but not least ,aussie here we come!!!!!be prepared coz we're gonna rock your world like dinosaurs roaming the street!!!haha..scary....but it's soo gonna happen!!!!!

fatin ,me and chan......

on 14th february,yup,valentines day .....me,fatin and chan went to times square to do some shooting for our eng documentary.....the day didn't start of that well....coz in da morning fatin forgot the extra memory card while chan forgot the video camera and i had to walk alone all the way to OU since the two of them went back home.....besides, it's valentines day!!!and we lot were out to shoot about tattoos???!!!something wrong somewhere haha....

our first interview of the day wasn't how we expected it to be...haih...we then had lunch at kfc..that was alrite thank goodness...but then chan discovered a tiny scratch at his SONY cybershot camera..haih...spoiled his mood for awhile...but then the three of us decided that we can't let this take over our mood....whether we like it or not we had to make things alright...so off we went to carry on with our shooting.....slowly things got better...and guess wat?

at the end of the day when all was set and done...while getting ready to go home...we saw a whole bunch of people queing up at this really long line...fatin was likeOMG!!!they're giving out free ice creams!!!let's go let's go...haih...this freebies chick....and so the three of us qued......and we were last in line?!!!haha...it felt like that....and eventhough i hesitated at first...in the end i was the one who got the most icecream!!!haha....4 free love sparks cornetto icecream....it's really something that u might not experience even in a million years!!!haha..at least that's what i think....since i was soooo kind(ahemm...)i 'donated'one to fatin so each of us had 3 ice creams...but after eating 2 cones....haih...felt like throwing up....chan just rolled his eyes....2 greedy girls who looked like they're about to throw up any minute now....lucky thing we didn't....

after finishing it up(not to mention all the mess we did on the floor...haha...the ice cream was melting okay!!!....)we went home,almost took the wrong way home coz we mistakenly stood on the wrong platform. but after checking with the lady at the counter it was the CORRECT platform afterall...haha...too tired i guess .......great day after all eh .....

when u wish upon a star.............

have u ever heard of this song before?it's usually famous in those Disney movies....can't really remeber the lyrics...but the last part is...when u wish upon a star,ur dreams come true.......unfortunately today i'd like to talk about my dream that didn't come true....not yet maybe. but first i'd like to mention why my blog is named Andromeda.i guess most of you have heard this name before....it's actually a name of the nearest spiral galaxy from our Milky Way.yeah.isn't it beautiful.love it!plus the cool name its as if this galaxy is full of super powers!haha.enough of that.

well believe it or not,i've always wanted to become a Nasa Asronomer since i was a little girl.I'm a HUGE fan of astronomy and i just think that it's the most amazing thing in the whole universe!haha.i used to dream having my own telescope n my own observatory centre with all those constellation charts n cool stuff around.....sort of like my own space agency.if i'm not mistaken my interest in astronomy started way back in grade 4....i was in mr.Eddy's class....an Irish teacher of mine who taught me science in Cobbet Elementary School,Boston Massachusetts.My classmates and I actually had to do a science project:a papier mache solar system.in order to do so we first had to do our own research and coming across many great books about astronomy and all those breathtaking pictures,I began to fell in love with the subject immediately.I had a whole lot of fun doing it. when it was finally finished,we hung it on our ceilings.pretty cool paper mache solar system with facts attached to it on top of our heads.imagine that.cool ain't it! especially for us 4th graders.haha.from that day on my only ambition was to become an astronomer .

as i grew up,i started to realize that becoming an astronomer is definitely not an easy thing...u can't simply be one just because you're super interested in it.it requires more than that.though i've tried ,unfortunately i never actually understood all those quantum physic theories and everything.so when the time came to decide what subject i would want to pursue my studies in.....i actually went through a very serious dilemma .In the end after long hours of thinking and actually went nutz a couple of times...haha...yup...i opted for my second choice instead..that is to major in International Relations instead of in astronomy.sort of like the road not taken case.yeah
i know these 2 subjects are worlds apart but hey that's just what i like.can't blame me!

So,now am trying my best to do well in this path of life that i have chosen.no regrets soo far.Just because i'm studying something different right now doesn't mean that i have to forget my passion.though i might not do it as a career,my love for astronomy still remains.and right now,i'm thinking of joining a club in the future for amateur astronomers.haha.yeah,there's a part of me still wanting to try and achieve this dream of mine.so maybe i'll be an astronomer after all!!!who knows.....think about it...an astronomer/ ambassador...sounds good eh!...haha...love it!
may it come true!!!
